Neds Cottage has been completed to the highest of standards as a new luxurious home. With the most incredible views from the hot tub, you’ll be amazed by how far you can see, Manchester skyline, the Peak District hills and Dovestone Reservoir with Saddleworth Moors - whist Saddleworth Villages lie in the valley bottom. 2 king size bedrooms both en-suite, a small double bedroom with a house bathroom opposite. A massive live-in kitchen, combining a lounge and dinning area, plus double sofa bed.

Middle Stable Cottage, Bank Top, Bardsley

Nestled on a charming farm, this cottage is part of a beautifully converted stable/barn in a semi-rural setting on the edge of the Peak District. It's just a 20-minute drive from Manchester City Centre, with easy access to public transport (tram,train,bus). Ideal for exploring both the vibrant city and the stunning countryside. Private parking is available. The owners are nearby to assist with any needs. Located just 8 minutes from the M60. A high-quality fold-down bed for a child is available.

Situated at the end of a no through road, Shiloh farm is the perfect location to get away from the hustle of the city whilst being only a 30 minute drive from the center of Manchester.

Upside down stone Bothy on Marsden Moor

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

With far reaching views over the hills and valleys of this special corner of the Peak District, Stoneswood Cottage combines a modernised interior (fully refurbished in 2025) with the charming character of a typical 19th century Yorkshire home. The Garden boasts a beautiful outdoor dining and BBQing area. The Stables Wedding Farm is only 150 yards down the road and the Delph Whit Friday Band Contest a genuine 3 minutes walk from the front door.

Frankie's Cottage

Set in the hillside of Greenfield, Saddleworth. The cottage is situated on our family farm where we have a variety of animals: horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, dogs and cats. Due to the potential dangers we ask that guests do not access the yard and use the designated path to the cottage. The cottage has been recently renovated and features a wood burning stove and open wooden beams which has retained traditional character
