Little Nook - Lytham St Annes/Blackpool/Preston

Little Nook is the separate detached barn annexe adjacent to our home, Three Nooks. In the distant past it used to be a chicken shed. There are no neighbours save for a herd of cows and it is a very peaceful, private place. Towards the rear is a hot tub, a small seating area and arbour with benches and a table. There are wonderful uninterrupted views across the fields from the balcony and a view down the driveway through the round window. Peace and quiet reign. SkySports, box sets and Netflix.

A cosy semi-detached house in the quaint village of Great Eccleston. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms; bath with shower over; fully equipped kitchen and garden with patio . Ample space for parking two cars. A 5 minute walk to the village with various shops, pubs and take-aways. Ideally situated for the beautiful Forest of Bowland ( AONB); the coastal areas of Blackpool, St Anne's and Lytham. Lancaster is only 20 mins drive and the Lake District can be reached in just under an hour.

Our Beautiful Seaside home is located in the centre of St Annes on Sea , 2 mins walk from the restaurants and shops and 5 minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach and Pier. This is a quaint, cosy, 200 year old cottage in the beautiful village of Hurst Green. We are a short walk from the magnificent Stonyhurst College, a Jesuit Boarding school. Situated in the Ribble Valley it is perfect for walks and cycling or as a base to explore with your car. We are at the foot of the Forrest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Beauty. You can also visit the market town of Clitheroe and wander through it's many independent shops or visit the Castle and it's Museum.
