Watch the surrounding wildlife by the log burner or gather by the fire pit. Head ito Exmoor or Dartmoor & enjoy the many walks/bike rides; surf or explore the beaches. Help feed the animals and relax, recharge & re-connect!

The Little Barn

The little barn is a beautiful 2 bedroom barn conversion. Being part of Callards Farm situated in the beautiful Devon countryside. Now only a smallholding, we try to continue its 400 year history by raising sheep and cattle. Situated at the end of a mile long, narrow, bumpy lane surrounded by rolling hills. With Barnstaple about half an hours drive away and the stunning North Devon coast, Exmoor and Dartmoor within an hour. The little barn is ideally suited for exploring and experiencing Devon.

It has bags of character, with exposed wooden beams, a wood burning stove, and a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons you need for a enjoyable stay. Whether staying on your own or bringing your 4 -legged friend, the cottage is a relaxing place to enjoy a country side break. Located mid-way between Dartmoor & Exmoor national park & just a 40mins drive from the north Devon coast.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

It is located between Dartmoor and Exmoor and a 30 minute drive to the beautiful Devon beaches of Saunton Sands, Westward Ho!, Woolacombe and Croyde Bay. There are miles of Tarka Trail to walk and cycle along.

The cottage is situated in a quiet area with around 45 minute drive to the sea and some beautiful North Devon beaches. A quiet simple countryside retreat. NB: No takeaways available

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Beautiful guest house just outside Umberleigh in North Devon, in the heart of the Taw Valley. Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Fully fitted kitchen and living room, with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Underfloor heating coupled with a log burning fireplace for chilly days. Only a short drive to some stunning beaches and marvelous countryside.
