This remodeled suite, located on the back half of a duplex home, faces our wooded 26 acre lot and short walk to a small pond. It has 2 porches with their own private entrance. This suite has an open area that has a king bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room, 1 full bathroom and a laundry room. Has an additional bedroom that has a full bed, its own tv and locking door. This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

This is our home in beautiful Huntington, WV, situated a baseball's throw from the most beautiful park in the tristate, Ritter Park (plus dog park!), and just a 5 min walk to Cabell Hospital, Marshall's School of Pharmacy, and Marshall's Forensic Science Center. Or hop in the car for a quick trip to Marshall's football & basketball stadiums, downtown to enjoy our many great restaurants, shop at The Market, or head up to the Huntington Museum of Arts. Farm house in the country . About 6 miles from Lake Vesuvius in Pedro , Ohio Large yard. Near a small creek . Great for hunters or if you just want to get away. The house has window air conditioners. There is a front porch where you can sit and rock or swing and just take it easy . There is WI-FI. And a landline for local calls or 911 There is a camper in the back yard that is rented also.
