Our purpose built Sanctuary is a real home from home , ideal for two adults plus pets ,to live in whilst visiting friends or family in the area or for using it as a base for a holiday as many guests use us to explore Northumberland , its wonderful beaches , Morpeth , Alnwick , Seahouses and Bamburgh .It’s also only a 5 minute drive to the local beach , the A19 and just a twenty minute bus ride into the centre of Newcastle ,using the great bus service catching the X7 which runs every 30 mins.

Located in the centre of a small town, Puddler's Cottage is the perfect base to explore the stunning beaches and castles of Northumberland whilst only a short drive to vibrant Newcastle. Situated on the front, it has panoramic, uninterrupted sea views - ideal for both nature loving enthusiasts and for those who like to simply sit and relax. The accommodation has a double and twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, double glazing, central heating and decking to enjoy the stunning views. Newbiggin has many pubs, restaurants, shops and a beautiful promenade. You should see seals, dolphins and maybe an occasional whale from your window.

Dog friendly cottage in a Northumbrian village

Stylish, refurbished self contained annex attached to the owners house. Own private entrance via a private patio. The main bedroom has patio doors to another small secluded patio which borders a field with horses. A family of foxes live in the wood and are regularly seen in the field. You can relax in, or wander around our garden which has a fish pond, little man made stream and bridge. Less than a mile to a beautiful beach. Enjoy the beautiful Northumbrian coastline and castles.

The Sheepwash Shepherds Hut Morpeth

Beautiful cosy Shepherds Hut with views over the local countryside. Our bespoke hand made, wood fired hot tub offers a unique bathing experience. Enjoy the natural warmth of the water, heated to around 38c ready for your arrival. Should you wish to top up the heat, the woodburner will be set up and ready to light. No electricity needed. This does need to be booked in advance, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required at a charge of £40.

The Nook is a cosy one bedroom house ideally placed for all of Morpeth's riverside walks, decadent shopping, delicious cafes, fine restaurants and friendly bars. All just a short stroll into town. All of Northumberland's beautiful coastline from Bamburgh to Cresswell are easily accessed. The culture of Northumberland's castles, including Alnwick, Bamburgh and Dunstanburgh are a short drive away. Relax at The Nook while visiting Northumberland.
