Το σπίτι διαθέτει δυο υπνοδωμάτια. Στο πρώτο δωμάτιο έχει υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και στο δεύτερο ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι. Δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ, ανεβαίνετε λίγα σκαλοπάτια μέχρι τον ημιόροφο. Το κατάλυμα μας υπάγεται στον νόμο ΠΟΛ1187/2017 με θέμα (βραχυχρόνια μίσθωση ακινήτων) Μετά την πραγματοποίηση τις κράτησης σας θα σας ζητηθεί ο ΑΦΜ σας για την δήλωση τις διαμονής σας στην ΑΑΔΕ και μια φωτογραφία της ταυτότητας σας .
