It was great !

This is one of the best places I've ever stayed. No need to leave the house for anything except food. We use DoorDash, after the first night there because there were plenty of amenities right there. The very impressive kitchen has all cooking utensils and appliances needed. The theater is nicely decorated with a popcorn machine which gives the full movie experience. The pool table and air hockey were so much fun. The Pack-Man game was already a blast, then to find out it has a ton of arcade games on the system made it even better. The meditation room was a highlight of our stay. You'll get relaxed as soon as you approach the doorway. The gym was yet another amenity that we were impressed by. You get a pretty good workout while reading the motivational quotes on the wall. We used the grill that's conveniently on the patio at the entrance. This was my husband's first Airbnb experience so it set the bar high. The hot tub was great with privacy. I'll try the beautiful pool next time.

Lovely home definitely would book again!

This was my second stay in this unit. It is clean and tidy. The building is quiet and amenities like the gym and attached Wegmans are great. The bed is comfy but bring your own pillow and a sleep mask if you can. The window coverings do not block any of the nearby lights.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Mr. Theo’s place. We needed a short term stay (2.5 months) while our house was being built and Mr. Theo was a God send! Mr. Theo’s place was clean and absolutely beautiful. The place has everything you need for a short or longer visit. Mr. Theo is the best host. He was always responsive to my questions and truly treats you like family. If you are looking for a place to stay make your booking you won’t regret it.

Like a ding dong, I left my toiletries bag with expensive electric shavers and toothbrush at the Airbnb. They offered to ship it back to me - can’t thank them enough. Above and beyond indeed.

The Airbnb was great. It was in such a great location. Everything for the most part was walkable! Host was great and very responsive.

Had the most amazing time here! Prior to check in date, Amir sent very detailed instructions and other helpful tips which made everything a breeze. The house was wonderful, with plenty of space and amenities that made our stay like home away from home. The location was very peaceful and within walking distance of so many great places in Old Town. Parking was easy and Amir was always very responsive for any questions I had. Extra household items were even delivered during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this house for your next stay in the DC/VA area!

Very nice neighborhood, grocery store is super close, and my gosh, what a beautiful home it is!

Jovan and his property manager truly saved us during an emergency with our previous Airbnb. They had the home ready for us same day, and their quick communication and care made us feel so taken care of. They were always responsive and incredibly accommodating of all our needs throughout the stay. The house itself is beautiful, calming, and perfect for a large group. Everyone had their own space to relax, and the office was clutch for one of our friends who needed to take work calls. The outdoor area was perfect for unwinding in the evenings or enjoying quiet mornings with coffee. The kitchen was spacious enough for 4–5 of us to cook together without feeling cramped, and the showers were amazing—great water pressure and super refreshing. Thank you, Jovan, for being a truly thoughtful host. I'd absolutely recommend staying here!

This was the perfect space for a Girls Trip for 10! Plenty of space, the host was proactive and responsive, Meka answered questions and gave suggestions before we arrived, then called to welcome us to the home upon arrival, which was a nice way to make us feel welcome. The home is modern, clean, and well appointed, we are able to cook and even do a little laundry before heading home. I would love to come back the next time I visit D.C.

One of the best places to stay in DC! If you’re looking for an ideal jump off point to exploring all that DC has to offer you need look no further than Julian & Trever’s amazing carriage house. You’re within walking distance to a plethora of great restaurants and a very convenient Metro stop. Look forward to booking here again!

The place was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for 10 people and Ruben and Jenny were great hosts! I would stay again!!!
