Chrysianna cozy seaview apartment

Chrysianna is a brand new apartment (finished on Feb 2019) with spectacular view of Argostoli and the whole area. In the capital with all the city's choices available on walking range, but also far away from the crowded city center with the traffic jam. Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic. Most of all you will find pleasant people who will guide you and will be always available and willing to help you with anything you need.

Nefeli is a brand new 47 sqm apartment (finished on April 2020) with spectacular view of Argostoli gulf and the whole area. The 35 sqm veranda with the magnificent view is unforgatable. In the capital of the island with all the city's choices available for you on walking range, but also away enough from the crowded city center with the traffic jam. Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic when going to the beach or an excursion.

Το Laguna Loft είναι μία ανακαινισμένη μεζονέτα στην καρδιά της πόλης του Αργοστολίου. Βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο της πολυκατοικίας και έχει και σοφίτα. Είναι ένα φωτεινό και άνετο διαμέρισμα, ιδανικό για 2 άτομα και είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις παροχές και δωρεάν Wi-Fi. Είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης και μπορείτε να πάτε παντού με τα πόδια, καθώς επίσης κοντά στον περιφερειακό δρόμο από όπου έχετε γρήγορη και εύκολη πρόσβαση στις κοντινές παραλίες με το αυτοκίνητο σας.

Our very recently renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of our detached house in Argostoli,in a quiet area ,only 500 m away from the main square. It is 25 m2, has a small separate kitchen room with all the amentities bathroom with a big shower, washing machine,smart tv and fantastic sea and town views. The views are provided both inside the bedroom with a very large window ,but also from our private shaded veranda.Free parking is available on the quiet public road

Polymnia II - For a luxury relaxing stay

The apartment islocated in the center of Argostoli, next to the market with bakeries, grocery stores, butchers and supermarkets. Bus station, taxi station, public parking station are nearby. With five minutes walk you reach the De Bosset bridge and Koutavos lagoon and the coastal zone with the paved area where fishing boats stop with the attraction of the turtles, or the pedestrian street of Lithostroto with all the shops, the Bell square and the Catholic church.
