Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. All sports private lake with your own dock for fishing and a shared beach for launching a paddle board, 2 kayaks and a row boat for your use. Take the 15steps down to the water or use the ramp. The property is beautiful and has an up north feeling with wildlife galore. Close to shopping and 20 minutes to downtown Fenton. Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Close proximity 15 minutes or less to: Pine Knob Music Theatre, Pine Knob Ski Resort, Chrysler Head Quarter (FCA), Great Lakes Crossings Mall, BROSE, BorgWarner etc.
