This wonderful 170m2 property dates back over 500 yrs. Arranged over three floors, its unique style combines the original features with beautifully designed modern bedrooms and bathrooms. "... se non son matti, non li vogliamo...". Ci troviamo in una via remota e tranquilla della Frazione Mombello di Laveno, a 3 Km dal lago, ma lo dominiamo dalla collina con una bellissima vista. L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente. Dal 1 di aprile 2023 è entrata in vigore " la tassa di soggiorno". Il costo è di euro 1,50 (a notte, per persona) per un massimo di 7 giorni. Sono esclusi i minori di 14 anni.

Ideale per chi vuole fuggire dai luoghi affollati, in quanto si trova in una zona isolata e con ampia possibilita di effettuare passeggiati nei boschi circostanti e nello stesso tempo, si trova comunque in posizione strategica per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse del lago.
