Hidden Hollow Cabin

Nature and adventure is awaiting you at this 2 bedroom cabin. Nestled in a tranquil setting, this beautiful retreat features 1 king bed and 2 full beds. We offer AC, electric and wood heating, as well as a jetted bathtub. The cabin is near popular sights such as Taum Sauk Mountain, Elephant Rocks, and Johnson Shut-Ins. This venue is perfect for nature lovers. We offer hiking trails, a 9 acre lake, hunting, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and relaxing at this beautiful property. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED

Hand Built Log Cabin

This cabin was completed in 1940 by previous owner's grandmother with only the help of her horses. The wood was cut from the property. Originally it had no electric or plumbing, we updated it more in 2021 keeping as much original as possible. Rustic cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower only, washer and dryer, full eat in kitchen and living room. On site you can relax watching horses, mini horses, goats, chickens & ducks as well as wild life. You can feed and pet the 🐐 goats.

This primitive cabin is a great way to connect with nature, while still being able to retreat indoors at night. Unique space - the loft has a skylight; primitive - has electricity but no running water. You will have amazing lake views and will be close to hiking trails, horseback riding, and wine tasting at Edg Clif Wineries which is next door to us. The newly remodeled shower house has restrooms and hot showers and it is within walking distance. bring sheets/pillows/sleeping bags if needed.

The Black River Getaway was built in 2011 and will comfortably sleep six. There are two sleeping areas (private bedroom and a loft). Located less than two hours south of St. Louis, MO. Perfect for getting away from it all and spend some quality time in the outdoors. The cabin has breathtaking views and is located in a serene environment; a private pond steps from the front door, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, and two docks.
