Apartman se nalazi u novom naselju u četvrti Ferenščica, samo 4 km od centra grada i samo 2 km od Glavnog autobusnog kolodvora. Konzum market i Bipa drogerija udaljeni su 100 metara. Tramvajska stanica udaljena je 5 minuta hoda.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, consists of 25 square meters of space, is bright and airy, with a terrace surrounded by greenery. Apartment "Dublin" is a perfect place for a couple or single person. It is located in the city centre, in a detached house consisting of 2 apartments, each with separate entrance. There is a free WiFi, bedroom with ensuite bathrom, washing machine and walk-in wardrobe as well as lovely terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a clothes dryer in the common space . Parking is provided in the yard and is free of charge.
