My family really enjoyed Tarek's apartment and the surrounding area. By far the best part was the location -- we spent each evening down at the waterfront and had plenty of meals and ice cream at the nearby restaurants. The frequent bus service with access to the Metro was the cherry on top. We also took advantage of the Mount Vernon trail to bike down there one day. The apartment was clean and spacious, and with two kids who don't like sharing a bed, it was so nice to have three beds. There are very few windows and no bedside lamps, so it was somewhat dark in there, but since we weren't there during the day too much, it was fine. Tarek was very responsive when we communicated with him and helped make our week there very seamless.

What you see in pictures is all true. The place was cozy and comfortable. Claire was always checking in and was helpful when we had questions. Me and family did say when we come back to DC. this will be our place! What sold me on this place was the private parking space, parking on the street is just toooo much! LOL! Thanks for being a great host Claire!

We stayed here for one night while on a trip to Baltimore. The place was easy to find and clean and the host was responsive. As noted in other reviews, there is street noise in the living room. But that is expected when staying downtown and not in a high-rise. Another thing to note is the kitchen is downstairs and reached by narrow windy stairs. Again, nothing bad, but a little inconvenient. Finally, there is no bathroom on the main level. It was an excellent place to stay and we felt safe in the neighborhood with an easy walk to the inner harbor and stadiums. We would stay there again.

Es war das perfekte Apartment für unseren Städte Trip! Die Lage am Capitol Hill ist fantastisch und in 20 Minuten Fussnähe zum Capitol und vielen Museen. Es ist ein ruhiges Wohnviertel mit einigen netten Restaurants in der Nähe! Wenn ich nochmals nach Washington D.C gehen werde, würde ich wieder dieses Apartment buchen!

Fantastic apartment with an unbeatable location right across from the Supreme Court and U.S. Capitol, and a 2 walk block to Pennsylvania Ave for food/etc. Brian was very helpful. I will be back!

My partner and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was perfect! The place was super clean, really comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is really close to downtown DC and Georgetown, which made getting around so easy. Joe was such a great host and we’ll definitely be coming back!

This was our second stay, and just as it was the first time, we really enjoyed the stay. Hans is a great, super responsive host. The home is a quick taxi/rideshare away from most main attractions in DC. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Mark’s place was one of the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed. Space was beautiful, blight and cozy. Mark was very helpful and responsive. He even helped us bring up/down our baggage. There are many stores/restaurants within walking distance. My friend and I initially planed to go out for dinner but ended up going to Trader Joe’s, cooked dinner and stayed in because the apartment was so comfortable that we didn’t want to waste our time there. Rooftop was a magical. We watched the sunset in the evening, sunrise in the morning there. We had an amazing stay. Definitely want to stay again. 200% recommended!!!!

This was perfect for us, way cheaper than a hotel, able to cook a few meals here, was clean and safe area, local restaurants were good! It is about two miles from then downtown mall attractions, so we parked in the garage attached to the unit and used uber to get to attractions, way cheaper and easier than driving/parking. Hosts were responsive. Would stay here again.

Wow- where to start! Our stay was fantastic! Aleksa and Sophia’s space was clean and comfortable, full of amenities, and 100% photo accurate. The neighborhood was incredibly walkable with shops and restaurants scattered throughout. It was also closely connected to several bus lines, making it very convenient to travel throughout the city without the added cost of a car service/parking. Sophia and Aleksa were very responsive and kind- checkout was a breeze! Our stay reminded us of the early days of Airbnb and we will 100% be visiting again if they’ll have us! Thank you!

Clean and comfortable air bnb - worked well as a family of 5. Walkable to metro which is what we used for the majority of our transportation. Beds were very comfortable and area felt super safe and community based. Thanks for a great stay!

This lovely spot in Alexandria is a gem! Charles and Kayne are wonderful hosts and their condo was perfectly appointed. Everything was exceptionally clean and the bed and pillows were tremendously comfortable. Our dog was very happy to curl up in the den, explore the two floors, and prance through the neighborhood on his walks—very much pup friendly. We’ll certainly stay here again when in the area and recommend this place to our friends and their families. Top, top Airbnb and hosts! Thanks Charles and Kayne.

Christopher's place was perfect for our weekend girls trip to DC. It was just outside of the city, which meant less traffic and noise. The neighborhood felt very safe and parking was easy to find at all times. The unit itself is cozy - kitchen was very clean and beds were comfy. Board games and local food recommendations were also provided and were much appreciated! Overall, we had a great time!

Had a great stay at Shea’s place! The street was quiet and quaint, and having a designated parking spot was very convenient. It’s in a great location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. Shea was great with communication, responded quickly, and was really accommodating throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, super close to Gaylord where our conference was held. Lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance!

The house look just like the pictures wonder view from the roof, and it was relatively clean… I have no complaints. It’s a nice place if you wanna stay near Baltimore Harbor. A+

It was a great place to stay for a conference at the Gaylord. Very quick walk, maybe 4 minutes from the convention center. I also was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony. Very cool and spacious.

The host, Scott was very proactive in supplying instructions and very helpful. The place was immaculate and has many modern updates. Location was spot on for all things Annapolis. We would definitely stay again.
