Cheerful, Private Cottage on Oak Forest Farm

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & single burner hot plate.

Norris Nook Waterside Condo

Norris Lake condo overlooking Waterside Marina. Seasonal pool, hot tub, work-out room and clubhouse are some of the amenities of this gated property. Unobstructed lake view from your private patio with a gas grill and comfortable furniture. This peaceful slice of heaven is perfect for a romantic getaway or a fishing trip with friends. Local attractions include Big Ridge State Park, Museum of Appalachia, and The Loyston. Waterside Marina is a full-service marina. 30 miles to ATV park.

Knoxville Little House

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Spacious,newly renovated lake front home on a quiet cove with dock&wrap around porch.Enjoy peaceful woods&lake.Home is on a quiet cove to fish, swim,boat & float!Close to marinas for food & entertainment. Guest assumes all responsibility for any accidents/injuries to self and guests.Area is very wooded. A rustic path leads to the lake.Private dock in back yard.DOCK IS SEASONAL, however, you can still walk down to the water and swim. Please ask for dock updates.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.

Lake Front Condo Discount-Pool & HotTub (seasonal)

Pool and Hot tub are seasonal, so ask if they are open. 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo, Sleeps 8 with a Sleeper Sofa. No boat slip included, but Waterside Marina has overnight slips that can be rented. Waterside Does not allow us to keep boats or trailers on the property unless you rent a slip from the marina, but they have their own designated parking.Two Bedroom, Two bath, Sleeper Sofa, (sleeps 8) Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Washer Dryer.
