The Artist's House

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Casa Castellone è immersa nel verde delle colline piacentine, situata a soli 5 km da Pianello Val Tidone. La casa, disposta su due piani, offre al piano terra una cucina con forno a legna e elettrodomestici base, la zona pranzo e con la zona living vantano due camini in pietra. Al primo piano due camere da letto: una con un letto matrimoniale, terrazzo e bagno esterno dedicato e un'altra con letto matrimoniale, letto singolo e bagno interno. All'esterno una grossa terrazza e un giardino.

Un alloggio immerso nel verde dall’ atmosfera rilassante a due passi dal Trebbia. Io e la mia famiglia saremo felici di ospitarti da solo, con amici o con tutta la tua famiglia. Il nostro Border Collie Leo è bravissimo con persone e bambini ma non gradisce la presenza di altri animali, soprattutto cani maschi e gatti. Per questo, a malincuore, potremo ospitare solo cani femmine. A disposizione degli ospiti anche una stradina privata di 50 metri che conduce alle rive del Trebbia.

Casa completamente ristrutturata nel piccolo borgo silenzioso di Cadelmonte, a 860 mt di altitudine. In mezzo ai boschi ma a 10 minuti da Bobbio, eletto borgo più bello d'Italia nel 2019, e dai meravigliosi paesaggi del fiume Trebbia, con le sue acque balneabili e cristalline. A 9 Km la vetta del Monte Penice, con diversi percorsi per escursioni a piedi o in bicicletta, tra cui la Falesia di Vaccarezza, complesso di rocce del monte Groppo, ideale per arrampicate sportive.

To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
