E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. Al piano superiore vi è l'appartamento grande, con la zona giorno cucina/soggiorno, due ampie camere da letto, due bagni con vasca e doccia e tre balconi. In particolare dal terrazzo della zona giorno si domina il lago con le tre isole, qui è possibile pranzare godendo del panorama.
