Stay in the perfect location in East Williamsburg, surrounded by tons of restaurants, shops and experiences, in a peaceful and bright studio apartment in a brand new building that has a gorgeous rooftop with views of Manhattan. The neighborhood is very convenient for getting places - it's easily walkable, bikeable, and the place is just one block from the L train — you'll love being so close to everything and still having a little oasis within the chaos of NYC. The spot has great vibes.

Live like a Brooklyn local in this truly special 1910 townhouse. You'll enjoy a suite which is part of where I live. Within walking distance are a variety of great restaurants, coffee houses, 3 supermarkets and other shopping spots. A fast 15 minute ride into Manhattan on the L train. No parties allowed in the space. This is a smoke free environment. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the space. Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately without refund.

My place is a private Unique large space in the lower part of a duplex Modern Art Deco Building located in the East village. I your Host and owner will be there to greet you and also will be present during your stay, but you will have total privacy and all the comforts you need during your stay (TWO GUEST MAXIMUM) ... Walking Distance to Tompkins Square Park, Mass Transit (L Train), Citi Bike Station, Trendy Restaurants & Bars. [Two guests maximum], no infants or kids under 12.)

A Large and Peaceful room is available in our beautiful townhouse located in Williamsburg. The house is bright and spacious, with strong Wi-Fi and plenty of privacy. You’ll share the top floor and a spotless, full-size bathroom with one other guest. There are excellent breakfast options in the neighborhood — Butler Café across the street opens at 6:30 am during the week. Please share a bit about yourself so we can make sure it’s a good fit.
