It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

The cobbled and uphill street is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking or who want the convenience of parking under the house. Two-room apartment on the first floor without lift, in a dominant and sunny position, has a double bedroom, lounge with single sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with small bathtub.
