Villa Xochitl (XO) is a stunning villa in Aldea Zama ideally located between the beach and downtown, offering luxury living with unique boho elegance. The villa includes two structures: the main house with a living/kitchen/dining space plus 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Somos mexicanos alegres, hospitalarios, atentos, sociables, respetuosos. Mi esposo es Maya formado en una familia que conservan: conocimientos, usos, costumbres y tradiciones mayas. Relájate leyendo en una hamaca colocada entre los árboles o bien para meditar o trabajar tranquilamente. Contamos con Equipo humano de Seguridad a la entrada del Rancho, este lugar es privado. El lugar es ecológico, no hay iluminación eléctrica en las calles pero si en las casas. La playa Xpu-Há está a 2.5 km.

Hermosa casa nueva en una privada tranquila y familiar, rodeada de naturaleza, cerca de cenotes, playa y actividades en la selva, a solo 5 kms del parque Xel ha, a 8 kms de la zona arqueológica de Tulum y a 10 kms de Tulum pueblo, muy cerca de playa tankah, playa xcacel y Akumal, hermosa piscina y amplio jardín, excelente lugar para relajarse y disfrutar en familia, privada totalmente cerrada y segura, portón eléctrico y a solo unos metros del parque de cenotes casa tortuga.

Cheerful 4 BR home with amazing views and location

Villa Sirena enjoys a unique location. As one of Akumal’s classic homes, it enjoys a prime location on the point of Half Moon Bay. The never-ending ocean and sky, with so many shades of blue, create an infinite and awe-inspiring view that can keep you entranced for hours at a time. Sirena is a private oceanfront villa.
