Step back in time and enjoy a stay in the peaceful & historic village of Port Sunlight. This original, grade 2 listed, black & white fronted house with its dramatic barley twisted chimneys has all the modern amenities you require for a relaxing stay. The house is the perfect base to explore the surrounding areas of Wirral, Liverpool, Chester and North Wales and is just a short walk from Port Sunlight train station, Gladstone Theatre, a quaint coffee shop, the local pub and nearby restaurants!

Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

Our large Victorian house is in a quiet leafy road in South Liverpool It contains a comfortable basement flat, with a separate and private entrance. You can also park directly outside. It is only a ten minute taxi ride from Liverpool airport and on direct bus and train routes ( 10 minutes ) into the city centre. Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.

Refurbed bathroom & kitchen, roll top bath, shower,range cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, sofa & books. Desk area in one bedroom. Close to Lark Lane & 25 min walk to Georgian Quarter. Olly the spaniel & Lucy the cat will want to say hello. Olly has nursed hungover guests in the past!

You can hit the tourist culture and shopping hotspots while being able to retreat to your waterfront setting and sitting out on the deck at the end of the day.

St Michaels Hamlet is a great location with good transport links to Liverpool City Centre (8 mins by train), providing easy access to shops, bars & restaurants etc. Above can also be found locally in Lark Lane, a popular area within walking distance of the property. Access to Sefton Park and the Promenade are also short walk away. Electric Vehicle charging point is located just outside the property.
