Private, small, sunny, self contained modern stand alone apartment just 8 minutes, 7 kms drive from Taupo town centre. On hill near lake with great lake views across to town, between North & South Acacia Bays. Open plan kitchenette/dining/ lounge. Microwave, airfryer, electric pan, rice cooker. Heat pump/ Air conditioner. Bedroom (king & single bed)with compact bathroom leads onto private deck (lovely view across lake) with table, 2 chairs and weber bbq Maximum 2 guests. Please note,great views also mean a bit of a climb. We have 33 steps up to our door. If you have mobility needs please check the photos before booking. This apartment block was built in 1976, so does look old and tired on the outside.

This is a great central spot for a summer or winter break. This is modern accommodation with a well equipped new kitchen and has everything for a relaxing stay in Taupo. The pool can be filled within an hour of arrival and is perfect after a day's tramping, skiing, kayaking or serious shopping!

Our cosy Apartment is located Motuoapa where you will wake with the Tuis and be perfectly situated for skiing, hiking the Tongariro crossing, fishing the lake or rivers or shopping in bustling Taupo, only 25 mins by car. The lakefront, a great café and the marina are a scenic 10 minute walk away, 2 minutes by car. The neighbourhood boasts a tennis court, basketball court, reserves and an abundance of native birds.

Private and quiet, set in lovely gardens, 5 minute walk to lake, parking on site, a 6 minute drive to town and all Taupo has to offer! Flat is cool in summer and warm in winter with gas heater.
