The Cozy Cabin

Our "Cozy Cabin" getaway is located in a peaceful country setting. A creek & hillside is located behind the cabin. Relax on our 2 porches and enjoy the view of our field with horses grazing and deer passing thru. There is a fire pit, gas grill & small shelter house with swing for your outside enjoyment. All the amenities for a relaxing stay close to Yatesville Lake (18 miles), Rush Off-Road Park (13 miles) & Giovanni's Pizza (5 miles). Tristate area KY/WV/OH can be in all within 30 minutes.

Secluded 75 ac Home, families /horses allowed

Secluded (dead end of the road ), tons of wildlife (deer, turkey and more) Several waterfalls on property! Tri-state area includes Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky…house is 15mins from all 3! Sleeps 12-14 6 bedrooms , 2 1/2 baths , couch/queen bed in additional room off kitchen. and a couch in the living room. Property is on 75 acres with barn. One of the waterfalls has a picnic area and bridge. Great Retreat property…camping, fields for sports, youth retreats… endless versatility options.

The cozy cottage

The cozy cottage is on the south facing slope in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains. It’s .5 mile from I-64 but feels much more rural than the convenient 7 minute drive to downtown Huntington. Its location on the outskirts of the city makes for nice relaxing evenings with the convenience of still being close. The master bedroom has a tv and queen size bed. The spare bedroom has a tv and full size bed. The living room has a tv, dvd player, and queen size pull out sleeper sofa.

The apartment is small, quaint and cozy, offers a full kitchen, & comfy bed. Because we live close to a highway and railroad, there is some traffic noise at times. Hello, Our guest house is very private, quiet, cozy, secure and exceptionally clean. A great couples retreat with 2+miles of hiking trails and a vast space for outdoor activities and wildlife viewing. The beds are comfortable and the heat and air conditioning are great. We have all the amenities...all linens are furnished. There is a washer, dryer, iron and hair dryer and detergent. We are nestled on over 100 acres of land and are 1000 feet from the nearest highway.
