Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju, koji se nalazi na samom moru. Prvi red do mora pruža jedinstven osjećaj odmora i dodira s prirodom. Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

This is NEW & LUXUARY two bedroom apartment situated in Sukosan in only 2 min to the local beach and several other in close proximity as well as the wonderful D-Marin Dalmacija complex. Apartment is located in app 10 minutes drive from the attractive ancient town of Zadar and is only 5 km far from Zadar Airport . It is also available during winter season when our guests can enjoy in active vacation, spend time in nature and visit national parks Plitvice Lakes ,Kornati, Krka Waterfall...

Holiday house Pedisic family is placed in a beautiful location on the south side of the island of Pasman, with a view of the Kornati archipelago. The holiday home has a big terrace, 2 bedroom, a living room and a well-equipped kitchen. It can accommodate 4-5 people. It is located 10 meters from the sea, surrounded by greenery. Rare are places where you will find this peace and quiet, and so the perfect conditions for a vacation like this!

Direct access to the beach. Two-bedroom apartment with a sea view, no traffic, noise or pollution. Sandy beach ''Kolovare'' is 2 min from the apartment. Easy walk by the sea to the city center only for 15 minutes.. Shop, bank, restaurant, pizzeria, coffee shop, market, main bus station, hospital and other places you need are 5-10 minutes away (by foot). Margarita, Little Cottage by the Sea

This charming dalmatian house is located in Ždrelac on the island of Pašman. Wake up in the morning with the most beautiful sea view and relax in the shadow of the pines. Our old family home was renovated with love and care few years ago. Place is very peaceful, especially out of season. Nature on islands Pašman and Ugljan is beautiful and worth exploring.

New building (2020), with private key card entrance, private parking garage for 2 cars. City center,50m from marina and sea, 5 minute walk to Kolovare beach, 7 minutes walk to old town. Designer decorated, with fiber optic star sky, interior led lighting and light ambience system. All rooms are equipped with automatic air-condition.
