Stay in a recently remodeled home that is located less than 1 mile from Zavalla, TX, which offers a grocery store, restaurants, tackle store and much more. Only 5+ minute drive to boat ramps Monterray Park, Cassel Boykins Park, Hanks Creek and Jackson Hill. Property is not waterfront or waterview but we offer plenty of boat or ATV trailer parking with outside plugs. There is an outdoor grill and firepit under a large shaded tree.
