Elegantly designed apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floor offers comfort and privacy. It features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area and bright living room. All rooms are air-conditioned, with free Wi-Fi available. Guests can enjoy a outside terrace with shared washing machine and dryer. Parking is available on the street or privately for an extra fee. The Old Town is a 5–7 minute downhill walk, with a 15-minute uphill return and a beautiful view.

Apartments Nina & Paula are located in Zaton bay, just 250 meters from Stikovica beach. Apartments are two-story house where apartment Nina is on ground floor with a sea view terrace and above is apartment Paula with sea view balcony and a garden behind. Each unit has an open floor plan with living and dining room and kitchen with all appliances you might need. The bathroom includes a washing machine and a comfortable shower. House is located 2 minutes (250 meters -114 stairs) walking distance from "Pile" - entrance to the Old Town; where the main local public bus station is situated. From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.
