We are pleased to offer you an apartment in the Old Town of Dubrovnik. This air-conditioned apartment can accommodate 2 persons. The apartment has one large bedroom with a king size bed, a kitchen with all the necessary accessories and utensils, a dining area and a bathroom with a shower. Also it has a small veranda and a large terrace under a grape vine canopy, surrounded by a beautiful garden just within the historic city walls, ideal for sipping morning coffee and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Orange Tree Apartment

This modern, spacious, bright and cosy apartment lies on the ground floor of the traditional stone house in the most desirable part of the town known as Ploce. A garden of orange trees and a private terrace with dining, lounge and sunbed area, provide breathtaking views overlooking the Adriatic sea and Old town of Dubrovnik. Just a few minutes walk from the Old Town, the apartment is far away from busy streets and noise just enough to be the oasis of peace and tranquillity. NO PARKING AVAILABLE!

Appartment Dubrovnik near Old Town

- schönes Innendesign - große Räume - sehr nahe der Altstadt (250 meter) - volle Ausstattung inkl. Handtücher & Bettwäsche - Waschmaschine (neu in 2020) und Trockner vorhanden Das Gebäude ist aus ca.1880. Die Wohnung wurde diesen Winter renoviert. Beim betreten befindet man sich im Eingangsbereich aus dem ca 15 Treppen in die 1 Etage führen. Der Eingang ist nur für die eine Wohnung. In der 1. Etage betritt man die grosse Küche aus der man in die weiteren Zimmer und Bad gelangt. Viel Spaß!

Cute studio in Dubrovnik central

The studio is located in the business heart of Dubrovnik. A ten-minute walk from the central bus station and port. Five-minute ride by bus to the Old town from the bus station just outside of the building. Newly built in 2021, high-speed internet is perfect if you have to work while traveling. Also, a bus station where the shuttle bus to the airport stops. It is surrounded with restaurants, cafe bars, shopping centers, a local produce marketplace, and a fresh fish market.

Everything you need is in this 56 qm2 apartment. It is perfect for two people or even three and the parking is free in our garden as well.
