The apartment is located on the first floor. It has one bedroom with access to a small balcony, large living room with sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. There is a kids' playground in the park. Parking is free and secured. You can park in the garage or in the park. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
