The 40m2 guesthouse is located in recreation area "Spaarnwoude", (3 persons in the house and we can host 2 extra persons (kids) in a caravan) included season shared pool and with a all year around outside hottub close to the beach of IJmuiden/Zandvoort and train-busstation Amsterdam Sloterdijk (15min). Activities nearby: SnowPlanet, a golfcourse, horse riding, harbour and water activities. Bus 382 stops nearby. Ruigoord is close. Beautiful Bali-style design. We have an outdoor trampoline.

Spacious & quiet B&B near Amsterdam C (15min.)

The spacious room of about 25 square meters has it’s own bathroom with shower and washbasin. There’s room for 2 to 4 people on a double bed and a nice sofa bed. Our garden has a perfect view on the windmills of the Zaanse Schans. Breakfast is served in the room, other meals can not be cooked or eaten in the room. From the room you can see the old church of Zaandijk. The centre of Amsterdam is only 15 min away from here. The Zaanse Schans is within walking distance.

In the room has all the amenities. The guest entrance is in our back yard with its own front door, so that you are free. This room is a mix of antique and modern style, comfortable and luxury furnished and fully equipped. There is a luxurious double bed and folding bed with high-quality mattresses. The total room was renovated in August 2018. Opposite our House is a forest. Our garden is subtropical, with hibiscus, palms, and a fig tree. You are welcome

Only 17 minutes by train from Amsterdam. Local station 10 minutes walk. Two nice rooms, kitchen & bathroom on topfloor. We live downstairs. Great view, lots of privacy.
