For an economical fee of £80, we will prepare the hot tub, fire pit, and pizza oven for you (please message us). This guarantees that everything is set for your arrival so you can immediately unwind and enjoy your time. If you prefer to have only the hot tub prepared, you have the power to choose. Little Oaks, nestles in its own fenced off spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oak trees, well placed in Lincolnshire, but on the borders with Rutland, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire on our small holding, looking out over rolling countryside. Our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!
