Second floor apartment just 10-12 minutes pleasant walk to the Bar Walls (Monkgate), York Minster, and the historic city. Overlooking the River Foss. You can often see swans, and sometimes kingfishers from the Juliet balcony. Accessed by a keysafe. Free parking on site. Safe neighbourhood. Welcome folder in the apartment with local info. Would suit couples, small family, friends. I don't have a lift so three flights of stairs wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues. wifi 37.5 Mbps

A light and tranquil ground floor flat. A 10-15 min walk to the city centre. Free street parking. Please see the map images on my listing for the proximity to York city centre. The flat is a great base for York. As soon as you get to the end of the adjoining Grosvenor Terrace you feel like you're in the city. Free, no permit street parking. No cleaning fee. The flat is quiet and clutter free. STRICTLY no smoking or burning of incandescent materials anywhere on the premises.

City centre ground floor apartment with views of the York walls. 5 minute walk to shops, attractions, coffee shops and restaurants. Free onsite parking. Newly refurbished and decorated throughout, double bedroom and very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The stylish well equipped kitchen has an induction hob and oven. There is a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a Bath and shower and toiletries for your stay. A travel cot is available on request.

The Walk is in the heart of York and right beside the Railway staion with one allocated parking space .This luxury apartment has one large bedroom with a super king size bed that can be made into two singles if requested, the other bed being a full size double sofa bed in the living room.
