With two indoor wood-burning fireplaces, a fire table on the deck overlooking the lake, and a fire pit in the backyard, you'll have plenty of options. Grill up some steaks on the outdoor brick BBQ and then relax on the porch swing or comfy egg chairs.

Get the best of both worlds with this house...a short drive to Uptown Charlotte and everything the city has to offer, but a newly remodeled 3 bed, 2 bath that sits right on Lake Wylie. We have a brand new 2022 pontoon boat available to add-on during your stay. We also have 2 kayaks and 2 stand up paddleboards. We are on an inlet of the main lake so it is nice and quiet with no wake. Sip coffee on the balcony and take in the view or walk down to the dock and hang your feet in the water!!
