Maxfield Inn, 1841 restored Mansion - Peggys Room

The Maxfield Inn is a newly restored 1841 historic mansion in the village of Naples New York. Its vintage ambiance on the inside, plus the beautiful picturesque mountains, trees and English gardens make it really spacial. Grand White pillars adorn the facade where guest can mingle on the front porch. Inside, the decor is adorned with area rugs, hardwood floors and vintage furnishings. A round sun porch is the perfect spot for breakfast. The bedroom is very small as it was a servants room.

Finger Lakes Wine Country Suite

Beautifully restored 1875 village home 2 blocks from Seneca Lake, in the heart of wine country. Our quaint village is centrally located on Seneca Lake where over 50 wineries/breweries await you. Keuka outlet trail is a few blocks away- use our bikes to explore gorgeous waterfalls and trails. Your spacious private suite has a separate entrance and porch all to yourself with mini frig,microwave and Keurig. along with an en suite bathroom. The Copper Barn next door has additional lodging.

Blue Room in an Old Brick Estate

93 year old brick house near downtown Seneca Falls with one private bedroom and bath that accommodates 2 people. The off street parking area is great for oversized vehicles, campers and trailers. The bedroom has a Full sized bed with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom is down the hall (about five steps- it is not en suite). Breakfast includes granola, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, and toast along with coffee and juice. The downtown area is ten minutes away by foot.

View from the Top is a bright and airy room with beautiful natural light pouring in. Enjoy an incredible view overlooking the town of Montour Falls through two picture windows. Enjoy the only lodging in the Finger Lakes to feature an onsite craft brewery with house brewed beer and BBQ, as well as easy access to local wineries, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, and hiking/nature trails. With its modern aesthetics, amazing lake views, and onsite and nearby activities, this is the ideal spot to enjoy everything the FLX has to offer! The brewery is CLOSED on Wednesday's.
