Newly renovated, cozy and comfortable basement apartment a half mile from Biltmore House and minutes from downtown. Located just ten minutes from downtown Asheville, the River Arts district and 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Biltmore Estate entrance. We offer a nice one bedroom full apartment ( full size kitchen, full bath, bedroom and living room) with a pullout queen sofa bed. We live in a quite neighborhood. The apartment is part of a duplex. Also It is a good rental for visiting business professionals. We offer free WiFi and TV with Fire Stick, Hulu Live, Netflix and some local stations.

Beautiful, modern, brand new apartment with two bedrooms, lots of light, and lovely outdoor space with exclusive use of a charming outdoor bath tub. Kitchenette with all the essentials, flat screen television with cable, and a dedicated parking spot with plenty of room for extra cars. This location can't be beat; just a five minute drive from downtown, and a 5 minute walk to New Belgium Brewery, the French Broad river greenway, and all of the wonderful WAVL businesses along Haywood.

Welcome to our sanctuary on the hill just a mile from downtown Asheville. This is a sweetly remodeled 1 bedroom basement apartment with its own private entrance. We have all utilities and luxuries restored after hurricane Helene and look forward to hosting you! This is a pet friendly space in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We do live on a hill and parking is on street but it is low traffic and a short walk to several restaurants and cafes.
