Jacqui’s house had everything we needed and more! We especially loved the fire pit and basement. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stay with Fresh Water at least 4 other times and always have a great experience and a lot of fun. The home is set up very well with the three different levels very conducive to families

We booked a short staycation at the absolute last minute and David was incredibly accommodating. The house was beautiful and just what we needed- a quiet, relaxing retreat with fireplace and hot tub. Our teenagers got to have their own ‘house’ in the guest house and we brought out pup Charlie who loved the place as well! The instructions and recommendations documents were awesome. The location also can’t be beat- the only downside was many businesses are closed on Mondays and Tuesday’s in the offseason (before May 1) so we weren’t able to take advantage of as many walkable locations as we planned, but we did have a nice relaxing getaway! We were already talking about coming back to this place in a month or two when the weather is warmer.

We had a great stay with our two dogs. The house was in pristine condition with a nice fenced in yard and a space to sit outside. In very close proximity to beaches including a dog friendly beach as well as several local dog friendly restaurants. The house is in a quiet residential area but is a five minute drive from anywhere you want to go.

Oh my gosh, we had an incredible stay! Everything was so comfortable and inviting. Our favorite part was the water bowl filled for the dog after her long drive, and the welcome gifts of cream and drinks! I can’t stop talking about how great our stay was, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again!

This home is so nice. Beautiful setting on a wooded lot. Extremely clean and well decorated. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. The home is well stocked with toiletries to spices. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Holland. I was sad we were only there for 2 days.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah's house. There is a ton of space, lots of beds and 3 bathrooms, which was helpful. The beds were comfortable and there is a nice yard with a fire pit in the backyard. Sarah was flexible and accommodated a last minute request to bring a dog, which was very kind. would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful weekend visiting Grand Haven and Muskegon at such a cute home with great vibes!! Jill was quick to respond and place was available prior to check in time, always a nice surprise! Above and beyond with amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, including a toy for our doggo and a bottle of wine!!! We soo enjoyed listening to all the music that was available. Def would recommend to others!! Thank me for a great weekend:)

We had a great time here. The condo is in a good location and very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t utilize the pool or hot tub but we did scope it out. It looks like a great area to watch the boats come in and out of the harbor.

We have stayed here twice now (both for Christmas). It’s always so magical walking into a fully decorated Christmas “cabin”. And the kids love the pool! Everything was clean except the dishes, silverware, and cookware. We just rewashed and it wasn’t an issue. We text communicated mostly with the staff and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Most of the town was closed for the winter but there’s still quite a few fun little spots to explore. 10/10 would recommend!

Very cute place! Comfortable bed and cozy family room with gas fireplace! We loved the location, so close to everything. Rode the bikes along the shore and checked out the beach and beautiful homes. James and Christine were very responsive and we loved the decor! Would definitely stay again!

The condo was so comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen and many thoughtful touches that included toiletry items in case you forgot your own, cozy throws, good lighting throughout and comfortable seating. The location was convenient to Douglas and downtown Saugatuck, and it was easy to hop on the highway to go to the Holland area or go apple picking at Crane's Orchard, which we enjoyed. We also appreciated the Welcome information book, and the local brochures for hiking, art galleries, etc. Matt's condo was a great find!

The staff was very accommodating when we had a couple of our employees come down to the area to work for a few weeks They were very helpful. It's helping us navigate through a last minute contract, and we're very easy to work with. The swim spa was a huge hit as well as the pool table. We will definitely be booking money of our trips in the area there when available.

the cabin was modern and cozy, loved the kitchen, we had everything we needed, even the spices ❤️ the property was huge, so kids and our dog had fun “exploring” in the woods. they have a lot of spaces where everyone can gather and have fun, like the deck (where the grill is) and the bon fire area at the back. Host was super friendly and helpful. all in all we had a great experience with Bangtel 😍

Very clean and comfortable rental that is in a great location. We enjoyed the pool and firepit that is right next to the condo. Jeanna is a great host and very responsive.

Kym’s place was great. We really liked the aesthetic, decor, and personal touches. We stayed for a concert and it was perfect for what we needed, close to Van Andel. The stairs were a bit tricky but this was noted in the description and you can see this in pictures so just take your time and you will be fine. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend!

This is an adorable little home, very cute with an updated interior and super clean. It was spotless and just like a hotel - it had everything we needed (we welcomed having shampoo, paper towel, even coffee pods so we did not have to worry about it.) It is on a main & busy street and a bit loud during the day, but quiet after dark. There is a Mall, a Meijers and all kind of shopping all within a 5-10 min drive, and we really liked that. I was amazed how many restaurants they had in this area. Mindy is wonderful to work with and we appreciate her sharing her lovely home with us. Thanks Mindy!

Thanks to the thoughtful arrangements by the hosts, Richard & Christian, I had a wonderful stay at A Step Away in Saugatuck. The place has the comforts and amenities, cozy space, and peaceful surroundings that are a stones throw away from great local restaurants, cafes, breweries, and bars. Richard and Christian are prompt and clear communicators, and generous hosts. I highly recommend this place. I’ll certainly be back the next time I visit Michigan.

The Cottage at Mann Lake is a wonderful place to stay. We have stayed here for many years in a row. It is our annual "ice fishing" trip, in which we don't always fish anymore since there is always fun to be had inside. Another great weekend spent at the cottage!

Beth's place was just as pictured. Loved that the access code was the last 4 digits of my phone #. Sounds like a little thing but it was one less thing to think about. The space was very clean and comfortable. Quite neighborhood with great proximity to Grand Rapids. Beth was excellent as far as communication. Very nice bathroom and gas fireplace, lots of books, snacks and coffee. Would definitely stay again.

The home is beautiful and feels brand new. Just enough room for our group of five and we were so happy to be able to bring our dog. Great place on a nice quiet steet!

Lakeshore vacation at Fennville was an extremely clean home upon arrival. Owners must be taking care of this place very well. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, washer/dryer and overall living amenities are high quality and well maintained. Made you think that this place was exceptional in value. We stayed during the cold winter and had no issues with heat and host even cleaned the snow. We appreciated the host being responsive and the well stocked home. 5 stars all around.
