2 bd, 2 ba condo with a spacious and open floor plan. Recently updated with LVP and fresh paint. Balcony project completed 2020. There is a large walkout balcony with seating and eating area. King Temperpedic bed in the master and a full/twin bunk in the second bedroom. The couch pulls out to a queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Within complex you will find a coffee and ice cream shop, Jimmy Johns, Culvers, Ryke's Bakery, and The Paisley Pig. Walking distance to downtown and Historic boardwalk

Fortino's Condo #1

Spacious Grand Haven downtown location. One block from the boardwalk which takes you right to the beach! 3 bedrooms (one with attached bathroom), as well as a sleeper sofa. 2 dedicated parking spaces. Laundry in the unit. Attached deck is perfect for a glass of wine to watch the sun go down. Also a shared rooftop deck! The kitchen is large and well equipped featuring maple cabinets, quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. We also have another condo next door in the same building.

Fun condo with pool great for spring and summer

Beautifully updated vacation condo with gas fireplace perfect for winter escape. Close to Lake Michigan and all of the fun activities Saugatuck-Douglas has to offer. Less than 1 mile to Lake Michigan. Close to Douglas and Oval Beaches. Relax on your own front porch or walk a few steps to Isabel’s, a wonderful eatery right on site. One bedroom one bath with a cozy gas fireplace. Additional sleeping for two on pull out couch in the living room. Close to bike path to downtown.

The Beach House is a first floor step free condo 7 houses from Newcome Beach; just two blocks from sandy beaches and gorgeous sunsets! Master bedroom w/new King sized bed, new carpet, walk in closet, and private bath with new ADA low barrier handicapped shower. Amazing water pressure! The 2nd bedroom has XL twin beds, (new mattresses) and bathroom with shower off the hall. New sofa bed in LR. Private patio with new 6 burner grill. We are on the "beach side" of town.

One of Grand Haven's most prestigious vacation properties. This one-of-a-kind condominium boasts two master suites, one of which has a sitting area.
