The location, the building and the apartment are all perfect. Host was excellent- had an issue with the air-con and he immediately brought people over to fix it. Will definitely stay here every time we visit Melbourne. Thank you Ethan!

As a regular user of Paul's apartments I have no doubts of giving it 5 stars and strong recommendation that as they are my goto AirBnb. The apartment was the usual very clean and well presented, on a tramline to the city and easy to access.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment whilst visiting Melbourne with our daughter. The apartment provided a great base to explore Melbourne both centrally and out to the wider area, using trams and trains. The view from the apartment across Melbourne’s skyline was breathtaking. All the needed amenities were on offer, including a welcome swim and sauna after a day of over 20000 steps around the city.

Beautiful, well appointed apartment in a stunning block. The apartment felt very homely and reminded me of some of the mansions buildings in London, lots of character but modern. Two fantastic bathrooms too. Amazing location so close to the CBD and park. Would be great for an MCG game! Moses is very friendly and helpful and was very accommodating to our requests too. wouWould thoroughly recommend staying here if you are in Melbourne for any event or just to enjoy the beautiful city.

5/5 mega stars ⭐️ Perfect modern apartment with gorgeous view in the heart of Melbourne. Clean, comfortable and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 kids. Loved the luxurious bathroom with washer and dryer and kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a feast including basic stable such as spices, tea, coffee, cling wrap etc. Most comfortable bed and sofa bed. Kids had the best time in the communal indoor pool and adults in the hot pool on level 7. We enjoyed our visit in Melbourne so much and are so glad we found this little gem. We will definitely come back to stay here for the Australian Open. The location is unbeatable as it’s walking distance to all the main attractions of the city and right in front of Southern Cross station and multiple other tram stations with cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Bec was great in communicating with all our questions and needs and also allowed us a very late check out which was so kind. Thanks so much for having us and we will be back ❤

Maree provides a seamless checkin and exit process. Unit was spotless and fully equipped, instructions were clear and thorough. Location is excellent! Couple of minutes walk to the water and restaurants. Super handy to get to and from Avalon airport. Couch and bed very comfortable. Really liked the flexible layout of the living space! Perfect for what we needed, a base to stay while we attended a wedding and visited friends. Price is very reasonable and comparable to hotel rates but with the added bonus of having the entire place to yourself! Would certainly stay here again when we next visit Geelong. Great stay at Dominic’s place, location was handy to everything and tram access 2 minutes outside the door straight into the city. Dominic was so friendly and flexible with check in which was great. Would recommend to others 😊

Andrew's place is lovely - very modern, clean, and has all the modcons you need. Check-in was very easy and flexible. The location is fantastic, right near tram stops and Queen Vic markets. The place is very reasonably priced for how nice it is. The apartment building has a nice gym/pool/sauna area too. We were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend it to other guests. The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Absolutely loved our stay at Claire’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Claire was such a lovely and accommodating host that was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The Airbnb itself was incredibly cute and cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout and all the amenities we could have asked for including, milk, wine, and some snacks. The location was also perfect — right next to Southern Cross Station, which made getting around the CBD a breeze. 10/10 experience, would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. Absolutely loved our stay here! After being let down by our first accommodation in Melbourne, the team were extremely helpful and got us sorted for our remaining 5 nights at very short noticed. Responses were extremely quick and informative, and the space was gorgeous! Clean and cosy, I would definitely recommend.

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!

Lovely stay – private, comfortable, and quiet. Friendly hosts, beautiful artwork, and a clean, tidy room with a comfortable bed. Plenty of free street parking. Easy $26 DiDi ride from the city, though a bit far to walk from the train station. Thanks again for a great stay!

I stayed with Sugandha for a few days while exploring the west of Melbourne for my photography project. My stay was very pleasant — the room was clean and quiet, the location easily accessible, and there was plenty of street parking. For a small extra cost, Sugandha also offers home-cooked meals, which is a lovely touch. Highly recommended!
