Squirrels leap is located in the beautiful village of Trawden, voted in the Sunday Times best places to live in the North West 2022. Trawden was the first village in Britain to communily acquire the village pub, shop and library. The property is a stone built detached dwelling next to a stream and set in 9 acres of agricultural land, grazed by rare breed Herdwick sheep. On the edge of the Pennine Moors with country walks from the doorstep this modern annex is in a peaceful location at the end of a cul-de-sac in Trawden. The village has a great pub, cafe and community shop with locally sourced & eco-friendly produce. Bronte Country, Pendle Hill, Hebden Bridge and the Yorkshire Dales are under half an hour drive away. Off road parking, peaceful garden with superb views. A welcome pack of milk, bread, butter & jams, cereals, tea, coffee provided.
