We needed a quiet peaceful location and got exactly that. The accommodation was immaculately clean. We would definitely come back. The hosts are excellent.

From good communication to the actual stay it was all great, house was in the location we needed very cleans and modern, easy to find and easy access and day of arrival, would recommend for a clean no nonsense comfortable stay

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

This is an incredible, beautiful, peaceful location with lovely walks on the River Wyre just a ten minute stroll down the lane. The property is immaculate, beautifully maintained and in a picturesque location. There are restaurants a short drive away, and the renowned Booths supermarket in the Lancashire market town of Garstang is an easy 3 miles drive from the property. Lancaster, with its great selection of independent shops and compelling history, is just 7 miles away. With easy access to the M6, what more can I say? Highly recommended!!

Excellent stay would highly recommend

My wife and myself had an amazing stay at Rachel’s cabin,the views are fantastic and it’s so peaceful.the cabin itself was excellently presented and had everything you needed,we look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting beautiful North Yorkshire. Had a lovely stay in Ripon. The house was just as described, very clean and in a great location, within easy walking distance of the market square, and also for walks along the river. We had no problems parking - only once having to park around the corner rather than outside the property. Would recommend.
