Large Edwardian house, Seaford near Eastbourne

This is a large comfortable family house with plenty of room for everyone. The main lounge comfortably seats 12 people, with a second lounge to relax in which also has a children's bookcase. There is an impressive dining room which seats 12 with the table extension), opening onto a patio and grass garden. Next to the dining room is a well equipped kitchen with Rangemaster cooker, granite work surfaces and island. All bedrooms are doubles, one with sofabed, and a cot. A sofabed is in the lounge.

When you arrive at the Silver-room via your own private entrance into the quirky colourful courtyard that oozes with character,you know it’s the start of your holiday . It lights up so on a summer night you can enjoy a with a glass of wine and have your breakfast in the sun in the morning. You enter through French doors into your gorgeous Silver Room of reflections and understated sumptuous elegance . It’s contemporary but cosy and just everything is there inside to make your stay special.

The Beach-house, Hayling Seaside with sea views!

Enjoy sea views and stay only a few steps from the beach! About 2 minutes walk from this delightful historic villa down our peaceful private road takes you straight onto the beach. You are also a short walk from various bars and close to the marina and the sailing club. The two gardens both get lots of use; the green front garden is bathed in sun in the morning, the rear garden has beautiful sunsets… eat in the rear garden or at the dining table for six. We also welcome well behaved dogs.
