This home includes a master with adjustable king bed and master bath, a nursery with crib & single, a bedroom with 2 full beds, a 2nd full bath, & 2 TVs. The sunny living room has plenty of room to relax.

Seven Oaks Cabin

I welcome you to Seven Oaks Cabin. It is a place of well-being for individuals who like to connect with nature while staying in a primitive cabin away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The interior consists of a variety of wood-eastern white pine, cedar and cherry. The living area has furniture made by local Amish, septic system for flush toilet, instant hot water, small bedroom with bunk bed (full mattress on bottom/ twin on top), efficiency kitchen, and loft with queen mattress.

The Oculus Tinyhouse at Innisfree Farms

a studio style with the bedroom open up to the kitchen and living area. One full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bedroom is furnished with one queen size bed & a chest of drawers. The kitchen comes with a table for 2, refrigerator, electric stove top, microwave, coffee pot & keurig. Guests can chill out on the sofa in the cozy living area with a large brick gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. Outside enjoy the brick fireplace built on the cabin.

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Sugar Shack Inn

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.

Renner Cabin- 2 bedrooms with hot tub & sauna

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years. Chessie System Yellow Train Caboose & Amazing View

Completely remodeled C&O train caboose with a large deck and an amazing view looking over the Ohio river and West Virginia. A full size Murphy bed, original writing desk, the dining table is an old sleeper bed turned upside down and all the lights are original out of Pullman train cars No smoking inside the caboose. Thanks
