In the heart of Grand Rapids sits the historic, quaint Alten City Cottage. Renovated, rich w/amenities, & centrally located blocks from several Iconic shopping & eating corridors: Eastown, Fulton Heights, & 1.5 miles to Downtown. I love the open floor plan, clean design, tall ceilings, cozy bedroom, & front yard. All the comforts of home w/a fully stocked kitchen & hotel-like amenities. Mathias Alten, the world-known GR painter, built the "honeymoon cottage" for his daughters. Pets allowed.

The loft is downtown lake odessa above a store front. Awesome for nightly or longer stays. It has Brick walls, barn siding, exposed ceiling, Murphy beds, fireplace. Walk down stairs , to r, antique shops, a fabulous old fashioned ice cream shoppe, seasonal. The public beach is walking distance. This would be an awesome place to have a group of friends party, however it can’t be used for that. It has to be more low key, there is an overnight rental below the loft. It’s great for relaxing

Cozy Suite 10 min to Grand Rapids, 1 mi to Tanger

The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

Hidden in the woods

Quiet, country setting that comfortably accommodates two. This space is above our garage, which is not attached to our house. We are often outside working or playing, but it is very private once you are upstairs! There is no WiFi here. There is a lovely, private balcony with a nice view, lots of random movies, and several fun games. Verizon service works great here, so if you have a Hotspot you could hook up to our smart TV.

The Jordan Lakehouse is right across the street from Jordan lake, with dock space available for your boat across the street. The Jordan Lakehouse is a place to relax, enjoy, and spend time with the family. Stay in and play games, or go fishing, and swimming at the public beach; then roast s'mores by the campfire.

Located minutes from MSU campus and walking distance to downtown Lansing. The apartment has everything you will need for a short or extended stay. Please note the second bed is a sofa bed. Not everyone finds them to be comfortable.

Our Tiny house is a place to retreat from the hussle and bustle of your busy life. It's a place to relax, read, reflect, rest and reset. We live in the main house and the TinyHouse is on the back of our detached garage. This is a private space with your own kitchen and bathroom. We are available for anything you might need, however we will respect your privacy and your space.

You have entire second floor; living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, WiFi, cable TV. Laundry room in basement, large backyard. Easy access to MSU by bus or walking. We share the front door, you walk through living room to the door to the apartment. NO CLEANING FEE OR SECURITY DEPOSIT. It is legal to park on the street overnight. Lansing is Eastern Time Zone.
