Located at the mouth of Spanish Fork Canyon, just off the intersection of HWY 6 and 1-15 (common routes to Utah's awesome National Parks), and 20 minutes south of the Provo Airport, it's a great place to stop and rest on your way to or from your adventure trip. Enjoy a quiet suite adjacent to a park with a walking path, picnic tables, a playground, and scenic views of the surrounding mountains.

Approx. 2200 sq.ft. walk out basement. Fully furnished with a king bed, futon, double bed bunks, single bed with trundle, sofa bed, giant couch, washer/dryer, ping pong table and two bathrooms. A gas fireplace and heated floors, keep it nice and comfy in the winter. The back patio and grill are enjoyable in the summer. You'll enjoy the nice quiet neighborhood, close to the country roads of Payson and only 20 minutes from Provo and Sundance ski resort, in this adorable "pond town" called Salem.

I have 1 king size bed and 1 sofa sleeper, So you can sleep 4 people, two in the bed and two on the sofa hid a bed. We are Located in a quiet rural farming community about 30 minutes South of Provo Utah. Beautiful Mountain View with Easy access to the Freeway . We have a Convenient BBQ area with a pergola and mood lighting for a relaxing night setting.

There are nearby walking trails and pickleball courts. It has a full kitchen, two bedrooms (one has a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed), and bathroom with a washer and dryer. It has a pull out couch and a pull out chair, with extra bedding if you need to sleep up to 6 people. There is also driveway parking.
