We are 15 minutes to Hatley Pointe for skiing and snowboarding. 45 min or less to amazing hikes and waterfalls. This magical acreage is perched at 2,951 ft elevation and faces South for warm sun exposure.

Mountain View at Wild Bird Ridge near Asheville

Our home is nestled in a quiet 30 acre mountain setting with an amazing view! The space includes full kitchen and dining, bathroom, and bedroom at ground level (no stairs). My husband and I live in the second floor of the home. Guests have complete privacy during their stay. The location offers quick access to a major interstate putting opportunities in Western North Carolina and Asheville within reach. We are just a few miles from Mars Hill University. Families with kids are welcome. NO PETS.

This “roundette” is perched nearly a mile above sea level, surrounded by towering spruce and fir trees, in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
