Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

What a great home in The Villages. The home was clean and extremely well equipped for our stay. Close to pools, and a short Golf Cart ride to the town squares! He had guest passes, and instructions ready to go. Would definitely go back and stay at Gary’s home!

We had a great stay at Carlos’ place. It was very clean and looked even better than the photos. Very close to shopping areas and lots of restaurants nearby. Our family enjoyed staying here and we will be back if we’re in the area again.

I had such an amazing time, it was a relaxing getaway. Our host were amazing and very friendly. 10/10 recommend and definitely booking again!

Calvin’s place was a wonderful find! The best part was the bird island in the lake behind the house - we really enjoyed listening to the birds and watching them nest and fish. The beds were comfortable, garage parking was easy, and the location was excellent. The pool was beautiful and the kids loved it (it was too chilly for the grownups). Check in was super easy and when we ran into a snag with a broken coffee maker, a new one was delivered right away. We had a lovely stay and would definitely book again.

If I could rate this place any higher, I would! Audrey communicated faithfully and was very helpful. The home was clean, spacious, and gorgeous., with modern amenities. The kids spent nearly every waking hour in the pool, and the anglers in the family enjoyed fishing right from the property. At Audrey’s suggestion, we rented kayaks from Easy Peasy Kayak Rental, a local husband & wife company, who delivered our kayaks right to our property. Our family spent so much time cooking, eating, playing, and having fun together, and yet there were many places to go for some quiet time, when needed. This is a very private and peaceful location, with occasional airboats going by to keep things entertaining. Our three generation family of nine had been planning for two years for what we called our “once in a lifetime family vacation.” By the time we left, we were all talking about when we can come back!

It was our first trip to Florida for a month. The place was everything it said and more. From the beautiful home, beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub and soaker tub I felt like I was at a spa. The backyard was so private. We had bikes to use and we did take advantage. We rode our bikes to the main square several times. Jennifer was very pleasant and friendly. She responded to my questions/ comments in a very efficient manner. I would recommend the place. Give a 5 star+++

My family and I have stayed on the river several times and this was by far our favorite spot. Great space, inside and out. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be back soon!

My family and I had a wonderful experience, and will surely stay again when we visit Florida.

We had to come to town for family business and Christopher was very accomodating.He knew we were traveling with a pet and let us know we could check-in as soon as cleaners were done. He even let us know if we needed more days to finish what we had to do it was available. The yard was amazingly spacious and our dogs ran and played every afternoon till they dropped. The pool was crystal clear and felt amazing after our long days of stress. The arcade games were a hit with the husband and my brother as they battled for highest score on a couple of them. Overall a 10....thank you so much for your ...understanding for what we were dealing with and offer if we needed anything. Although we will not be back in this area I highly recommend this quiet and relaxing home.

Our stay was wonderful. The heated pool was a great added bonus and we loved that their was not an upcharge for the heated pool for our stay. That was surely a deciding factor when choosing our home away from home for the week. The location and neighborhood was ideal and close to many great attractions and places to visit. The home was clean and up to date with comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen was lacking a few things that we were hoping to have for our use such as baking dishes. For example, 9x13 pan, muffin pan, and baking sheet. I would recommend adding those to the home. The amenities were great and the host was very easy to work with and communicate with. We would book this home again.

The host was extremely responsive to any questions and when we asked if they had a portable crib they didn't and they went out of their way to buy one and place it in the home force. The outdoor area with the ping pong pool table fireplace TV pool and big table and a grill that gets super hot for cooking which was great. would stay here again if needed

We loved our stay here! We took the kayaks out for a day, easily paddled the beautiful little route to Weeki Wachee, and spent the afternoon with a group of 15-20 friendly manatees. We'll remember it forever!

Conny welcomed my family at the door and gave us a quick tour of the house. She was very helpful and quick to respond. She left us a gift basket. We felt welcomed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Quaint Paradise was as described. We will definitely be back when we come back to the area.

Can't say enough great things about Jonathan and his place! We loved staying there, felt right at home, we were there with 5 kids and there was always something fun for them to do, swimming in the pool and hot tub, s'mores by the fire, pool, air hockey, pacman was a hit, basketball, and lots of games, books and movies to choose from. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable and Jonathan added so many thoughtful touches to our stay - greeting us with an Apple Pie on the kitchen counter, a bowl of chocolates in the entry way and plenty of coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels for showers and swimming, life jackets were supplied. The kids said they wanted to move there : ). Need I say more? haha

Adrian was a fantastic host—very attentive and communicative throughout our stay. The property was perfect for us and our dogs, who absolutely loved every moment. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and hope to return again soon. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was as advertised and the pool area was great. The home has easy access to the river and is close to nearby springs.

We definitely recommend staying here!It's a beautiful apartment in what seems like a nice neighborhood. We were there for 5 days and the neighbors were quiet and the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. The swimming pool was fantastic, great yard for the kids to play in, pool table was fun to have.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! We frequently stay in this area and this house has taken the top spot. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped in the door. Every little detail was thought of!

This lovely home was exactly as described. Located near the end of a gated street, but within 20 minutes of many restaurants. It also had the best selection of kitchen supplies and the nicest washer & dryer I’ve ever seen in a rental. Sue was a pleasure to work with!! We hope to return next year.

We (2 adults, 2 kids 4 and 8 years) had a brilliant week at Gerson’s place, and didn’t want to leave! The heated pool is fantastic and we loved fishing and kayaking off the dock. We had bbqs in the backyard and the indoors was spacious and clean. Around the area there was lots to do, we went to Crystal River, Honeymoon Island, Tampa Bay Rays Baseball and Tarpon Springs, and there was a lot more available. Sam’s restaurant 1km away on the seafront was brilliant at sunset, with great food and dolphins swimming by. We’d love to come back! It’s a special place.
