Samuel is a warm and communicative host. The accommodations were as described, and even nicer than expected. The extra touches like bottled water, a few snacks and coffee pods were appreciated. We had space to relax and enjoy meals together, and the three bedrooms were perfect for the three of us. This location was a good home base as we toured Detroit. We will definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Detroit. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

We stayed here for a week with our baby. Love how family-friendly the hosts and space were. It’s peaceful, quiet, and cozy! The washer/dryer was especially helpful and worked really well. The location is great, we walked to the little downtown area every single day. The internet is on the slow side, so you might have a hard time if you’re working remotely and/or have video calls. Overall, we had an awesome stay and would definitely recommend this place.

I visited Nik's place with my friends and their families and we had a great time there. The property was very well maintained and there were lots of activities to do indoor and outdoor! The swimming pool was unfortunately not usable during my visit! Hopefully that gets fixed the next time!!

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

The house was modern with good appliances and very clean. A great place as a home base to work out of town. Eli was great to deal with. Would recommend highly!

Really cool house in an interesting area. The heating and cooling worked well in each bedroom which I know some previous reviewers have been concerned about. Very comfortable stay for a few nights with our group of adults and young children!

Paul was such a sweetheart for me and my fiancé’s anniversary- he congratulated us, helped me out with any misunderstandings I had about the place and he made it a comfortable experience for both of us. I absolutely will staying with Paul once I go back up to Canada in a few weeks.

The location is amazing, close to the DIA and there are great restaurants not even a block away. Check out the Barcade. The flat is very spacious and has a lot of character.

We loved Kelsey's place. Unlike some airbnb's, which are obvious remodels where no one has ever actually lived, this apartment was the real thing, cozy and liveable, with high ceilings, a real kitchen, and a full bathroom. The neighborhood is practically on Wayne State campus, so it has all the plusses and minuses of an active student population. Very convenient access to restaurants and culture. We would definitely stay here again. After we checked out, my wife discovered she had left her favorite coat behind. Kelsey went above and beyond to help us with that. Thank you, Kelsey!

What a cute property! The space was squeaky clean. We traveled with another couple, each had own bedroom and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. I missed that it was on the third floor, all stairs. It is a quiet building and neighborhood. We were minutes from downtown, but a couple blocks from a pub in any direction. Host has thorough instructions and responded timely. I would definitely stay here again.

Morgan and their co-host were great. They were responsive, had great suggestions for around the area. The place matched the pictures perfectly and it was easy to check in and check out. A great place to stay and one worth staying at again.

We really appreciated Jeff’s suggestions…tried Lena & loved it. So walkable to nearby restaurants, casino, Eastern Market & stadiums.

Have stayed here 3 times. This time however we had to cut it short due to illness in my family. Was hoping to get some sort of credit for the next time we stay.

Place was nice. Sanim was very responsive and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. Room a little on small side but worked for two. It was nice he had complimentary snacks/water. Tv in room and living room. Area is pretty quiet. Kitchen is fully equipped. This probably is pointless to say but for travelers from US, you are crossing the border and going through customs/immigration so be passport ready. They were very nice and straight to the point. You do pay toll to get in/out.

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

I loved my time here. Jason was a fantastic host that responded quickly to my questions and offered great information on how to make my trip the best it could be. His knowledge of the town was stellar and he was extremely accommodating in every way. He was kind and his place was pristine! My stay was magical and comfortable. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! Excellent location to ball park, arena, and local restaurants. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Beds and all other furniture was very comfy. Most notably, Sean was an incredible host. Provided an excellent digital guidebook as soon as booking was made. Was immediately responsive to any messages sent. Best of all, provided extra amenities within the condo which exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone coming into Detroit!
