The Winchester Pad

The Winchester Pad is a spacious, modern townhouse ideally located within walking distance to the city centre and rail station to London. There is good road access in/out of the city and two free car parking permits are provided. Guests love it; with genuine accommodation all to themselves for 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and all the facilities required for an enjoyable stay. This beautiful spacious 2 bedroom town house is located on a quiet street a few minutes walk from the town centre. The whole property has been recently decorated giving a fresh light feel & furnished with a lovely seaside theme. Cowes town centre is just a few minutes walk away with its excellent selection independent shops and restaurants. Just beyond the town is the seafront which takes you along the beautiful esplanade passed the Royal Yacht Squadron and on to Gurnard famous for its sunsets

The property is a Listed Georgian (1825) terraced house and has recently been renovated by Erickson Mann A five minutes walk from the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre and the same from the City of Chichester with it's Cathedral, restaurants and shops . There is also easy access by car bus or bike to the Downs including Goodwood as well as the coast at West Wittering and Bracklesham Bay . You can lie ,sit or eat in the sun the house has a south facing garden which is a sun trap .

Shops, supermarkets, restaurants & bars are within walking distance. Sky TV, WIFI, hairdryer, iron/board, linens etc included.

St Michael's Hall, City Centre

St Michael's Hall is a unique, newly renovated church hall in the heart of the historic city centre. A stone's throw from the Cathedral, College, buzzy high street and water meadows, it's the perfect base to explore everything Winchester and the surrounding area has to offer. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, meaning it's as suitable for two couples as it is for a romantic city break or four friends. One on-street parking permit is available, while the train station is a short walk away.

The accommodation provides a perfect base for exploring the City and Goodwood. Bikes are available.

Located near the Beaulieu river, this beautifully refurbished 17th Century cottage is an ideal base from which to relax and explore the New Forest. Situated on a quiet road in beautiful Beaulieu, you can walk to Monty's Inn pub nearby for dinner and visit the popular cafe opposite for breakfast. You may even see donkeys walking along the High Street! The cottage has a very spacious ground floor with an open kitchen/large dining area plus a cosy lounge where you can enjoy the log burner.

Comfortable and convenient townhouse in Salisbury.

Perfect for a couple or small family, this two bedroom Victorian townhouse in a well regarded area of Salisbury, close to the town centre and lovely parks and walks. It is very clean and comfortable and presented simply and stylishly. There is a south-facing back garden with seating area. On street parking isn't a problem and a visitor's permit will be provided. Salisbury is an historic small city with a world famous cathedral, shops, cafes and a museum. Stonehenge is just 4 miles away.

Cringle Cottage

Comfortable Victorian town cottage on three floors. Fully furnished and equipped for up to six people (please note, however, that there is only one bathroom). Walking distance from town centre and ferries, but on a quiet side street with very little passing traffic. A great place to feel part of the yachting life of Cowes, to have walking-distance access to Cowes-based organisations including UKSA and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation or as a base to explore the beautiful Isle of Wight.

Private Annex En suite Double Room (Dog Friendly)

Private access, front door leads into living area and patio doors into garden. Fully furnished, sofa bed, desk, tea, coffee making facilities, microwave, iron and free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, ensuite shower room, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV. A door to the main house kitchen links the annex and remains locked. We do respect our guests privacy but are available if need be. A short walk from town/train stations and supermarkets, restaurants and pubs located near by.

1 Bedroom Mews Upside Down Character Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway between Farnborough and Aldershot. Free private parking away from main road. Strictly NO VISITORS AND PARTIES. Only 2 adults are allowed in the property as per booking. No children or pets. Security camera facing the gate entrance of the property will be used to verify check-in (3pm onwards) and check-out (10am). No smoking or vaping inside the property. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. We CANNOT receive post nor keep items for guests.

The low ceilings, spiral staircase, uneven floors and south-facing windows (including a view of the cathedral spire!) create a special atmosphere. Free parking is available for one vehicle.
