Pedernales River Guesthouses - Blue

Unique luxury one-bedroom guesthouses on the Pedernales River in Johnson City. Perfect for a memorable getaway to the Texas Hill Country and wine trail. Beautiful view and river access. Each house is ~650 sq. ft., with king bed , modern bathroom, a living room/fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Airbeds can be provided to sleep up to two more, or two couples could rent both houses. Stairs take you down to the river. No pets. Free Level 2 EV charger (Tesla and J1772). No cleaning fee.

2 Bedroom - 2 Bathroom Log Cabin in the Hill country with direct access to the Blanco River. The River is 1/4 mile from the cabin down the gravel path. Our 10 acre property feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, but you are only 7 miles from downtown Wimberley. Its a quiet, peaceful area. We welcome pets! You can add your pet after you add your guests, and the pet fee is $25 per pet. We finally have internet at the cabin!! FYI - We are beekeepers, and have several hives on our property

The River House on the Blanco is just what you’re hoping for a nice trip to the Hill Country. We have a big kitchen with an island bar, 75” TV, three bedrooms w/ queen size beds, open windows with tons of natural light and front porch overlooking the blanco. All rooms have TVs with Netflix. The house is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, linens and paper products and soap. The house is set up for a couple or a small family of no more than 4 people. We ask that no more than 3 adults stay given space and septic constraints.
