If you are looking for a safe, secure and comfortable place to stay then look no further. The unit has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, carpets cleaned while in lock down so you should feel safe to stay here. It is situated in a quiet court in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs. It has a separate lounge room, dining room and features one double and one twin bedroom, bathroom with a bath and a walk in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry. Under cover parking beside the unit.

Welcome to my beautiful family home, in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne! Situated in a sweet suburban location, our house is within a 5 min drive to the Elgar Road freeway entrance, making getting to/from the city centre, airport, the coast; a breeze! Running tracks within a 10min walk. Minutes to green parks and playgrounds. 5min drive to large supermarket. Within 10mins of Doncaster Westfield shopping mall. We pride ourselves on our homely little nest and hope you will love it as we do!

Walking disctence to Centro Box Hill, Box Hill Hospital, Epworth Eastern Hospital, TAFE, new ATO building as well as numerous cafés and restaurants showcasing the very best of international cuisine.. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Brand new home closes to a train station and many supermarkets, Asia food stores, restaurants, Cafes. Eastland Shopping Centre and Costco are just 7 minutes’ drive by car. This new building is just hard over at October 2017. Mitcham is a quit and safe residential area surrounding by many parks with many trees.
