Old Channel Cottage

This home offers a private setting within a small sleepy town. Just minutes from the White Lake Pier, downtown Montague, White River and much more. The home is set up great for families and pets with a lakeside view. There are three bedrooms, a living room with a fold out single bed and a futon downstairs that pulls out into a full bed. Downstairs allows for a great entertainment space and upstairs has a relaxing environment. Fully fenced in yard allows for dogs and kiddos to run around freely.

The Perfect Place: White Lake

This fully remodeled house has 100 feet of waterfront access on White Lake for you to enjoy. The house is located far from the street which adds to the peacefulness. You can enjoy sunrises overlooking White Lake. The new staircase takes you down to the spacious lakefront which has a fire pit, picnic table, kayaks, stand up paddle board, and, of course, the water! From the water front you can see Montague on your left, along with sunrises.

Conveniently located near downtown Whitehall and just a short drive to Lake Michigan and Michigan’s Adventure and the Muskegon Luge Adventure Sports Park. We are 10 minutes from quaint Whitehall, Whitelake and Montague Michigan. Lake Michigan beaches are just 15 minutes away.
