Snuggle up at the Cozy Haven, 30 miles from AT&T

Grab a book and sink into the cream love couch at this open-concept yet homey hideaway. Recharge with a long soak in the soothing gray bathroom, then choose between the covered porch and secluded patio under a towering tree for evening drinks. Light and airy, open floor plan , good layout for vacation rental. We live 1 miles away and are available as needed but you won't see us unless were called for assistance. Mockingbird Lane is located in the Lakewood/Hillside area close to White Rock Lake, Greenville Avenue, and Dallas Arboretum. The duplex is within walking distance of Hillside Village with eateries including Manny's Uptown and Dream Cafe. DART transit station at Mockingbird and US75 is 3 miles away. The Duplex is within walking distance to some quality affordable restaurants.

This lovely studio apartment is located just walking distance to White Rock Lake and the Arboretum Botanical Garden. It’s a perfect small cozy stay to enjoy the city with everything being so close. The studio comes with all the essential amenities you need, a queen-size bed, smart TV, WIFI, full renovated kitchen, washer & dryer and your own parking with private entrance to the property. The studio offers a 5-stage drinking water purifier that provides the fresh tasting water called BlueWater.

Designer craftsman retreat with the best of Dallas at your fingertips. Pet friendly, family friendly, WFH with fast Wifi. We are a 10 minute walk from the Dallas Arboretum and White Rock Lake. Three bedrooms and one bathroom with an enormous backyard. This home was thoughtfully restored by a local artist and is situated in the Little Forrest Hills area of Dallas. Front patio, fully updated kitchen, washer/dryer and self check in, are just a few of the features you will enjoy during your stay.

Luminous Lakewood Studio Near White Rock Lake

My stylish studio is located in the heart of Lakewood, a neighborhood that is walking distance from White Rock Lake, a short drive to the Arboretum, and 15 minutes north of downtown Dallas. Enjoy birdsong in the morning and the hooting of owls at night in this peaceful neighborhood. You may even meet an armadillo roaming through the yard. Read a book over your favorite drink, go for a walk down the street, or just relax in this peaceful abode. NOTE! All of the blinds close fully, for privacy.

Enjoy shared pergola, fire pit and outdoor living space. Separate entrance and rear driveway parking with gated entry, very safe/private!

The Cozy Owl Cottage - So Close to So Much

This sweet cottage is designed for a single or couple wanting a quiet, comfortable and safe space for their stay. Walking distance to White Rock Lake. So close to Downtown, Lower Greenville, Deep Ellum, Fair Park, Dallas Arboretum, NorthPark shopping. Recreation center close by has tennis and pickle ball. Plus 5 minutes to any major highway. Have a ball then come back to a quiet neighborhood and relax. I appreciate our guests and try to make each guests experience special. So fun to host!!
