Welcome! We hope you enjoy our clean and comfortable private basement apartment. Access to the apartment is down 5 steps/stairs from the outside. We are within a few miles of the canyons where you can hike, bike, ski and explore. This is a great place for vacations, staycations, or work trips. And we welcome families! 8 Min from Little Cottonwood Canyon and 15 Min from the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon. Park in the garage, Enjoy Skiing, Hiking, Snowshoeing and so much more. We are 30 Min from downtown SLC. This Single floor plan with 4 stairs into the home. The basement is unfinished and the backyard is fully fenced in. Pets are welcome (2 max). Located on a dead end street so it gives you privacy and peace and quiet.
